The idea for Gig-Ing began in a part-time MBA program in Manchester. Witnessing rising turnover, underemployment, and worker disconnection during crises, we designed a platform that uses technology to nurture growth, resilience, and opportunity for freelancers everywhere.
We operate a socially conscious, freelancer-friendly platform. Freelancers join freely, while companies contribute a modest fee after each successful collaboration. Revenues are reinvested into algorithms, outreach, and new features that promote skill development and measurable social impact.
